Who we are

This site is operated by VisibleSeed LLC ("VisibleSeed", "we"). VisibleSeed sells business hardware. We are not a payment processor, and hardware you buy from us works independently of any specific software platform or processor.

Quotes, orders, and pricing

Prices shown are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and you approve the final invoice. We may correct obvious pricing errors on the site or in quotes before order confirmation.

Acceptable use and compliance

You are responsible for deploying hardware lawfully: among other things, security cameras must be used in compliance with recording and privacy laws in your jurisdiction, and access-control systems must respect employment and safety regulations. VisibleSeed hardware is sold for lawful business use.

Liability

Hardware is covered by the warranty described in our Warranty & Returns policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisibleSeed's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or lost data.
