What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you provide: name, email, business name, phone, and the contents of your message. Our website itself collects standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) used for security and aggregate analytics.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not collect payment card data on this site. Purchases are invoiced and paid through your chosen payment channel.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, provide warranty support, and, if you ask for it, send occasional product updates. That is the entire list.
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers required to serve you (for example a shipping carrier receiving your delivery address) and when the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
Quote and order records are kept for as long as needed for support, warranty, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
