Processing and delivery

In-stock items ship within one business day from our US warehouse. Ground delivery typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days depending on your region; expedited options are offered on every quote. Freight items (kiosks, lockers) ship palletized with a delivery appointment.

Costs

US ground shipping is free on orders over $500. Below that, actual carrier cost is added to your quote with no markup. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are quoted case by case.

Damage and claims

Inspect deliveries on arrival and note any damage with the carrier. Report shipping damage to us within 5 business days and we handle the claim and replacement; you will not be left arguing with a carrier.
